I have Capital One Auto. Wanted to refinance, was told they do not refinance there loans, I wanted to defur one payment. I was told no, so this made me fell behind one month. My payment is $479. The interest is very high. They call at lease 30 times a day. I also had a visa with them. Called for a pay off in 2008, paid it off and they still sent a bill for interest.
