On April 25 2008 we flew Air Tran from Minneapolis MN, to get to our vacation destination, Orlando, FL. We had a connecting flight in Atlanta, GA. Upon arrival at MSP airport we were told that there was still an outstand balance of $440 for our 4 tickets. I was upset... "How could this be?
