My husband and I were working with Chase for a loan modification. When we received paperwork to for a plan to pay back payments of 2 months (which happened because we were under the impression that we did not have to pay while the modification was in process), it was dated 2-3 weeks prior to us actually receiving the documents with a payment due that was before we even received the paperwork.
