I ordered contact lenses on April 7, 2008 and have not received them as today. (April 19). I emailed and got no response (8 hour response promised). I called and waited on hold for over 1 hour! Then a busy signal came on and a voice said they call back as they were now closed. I emailed again and received no response. I called once again today and was put on hold. I have now sent a third email cancelling my order. read full review »
