I purchased tires online for my vehicle and was told by AAFES online that they would put them on for me. I took the car to there center today the 19th of April at 1430. When I went to get the car they informed me that they had broke my rotor stud, which are the studs that the tire is secured to the vehicle, an obvious safety hazard!. I was informed that I needed to replace the part somewhere else and I had to pay for it. They advised not to drive on the highway until I had it fixed..
