The lock began not working less than 2weeks later.Upon recieving complaint, a technician came out and worked the lock, but after he left, the lock again began not working.Have had to tow the car home 2 times, both times the tow truck operator could not get the lock to work!Now the 18th of April, company refuses to stand behind their work or the lock they installed and are insisting to be paid for any further service.I called today, after prior calls and complaints, when I called today I was just left on hold, I waited 30 minute before hanging up.We have no options but to pay them or someone else to correct the problem. read full review »
