Asurion is the product warranty insurance company chosen by Verizon Wireless to handle claims for cell phones after manufacturer's warranty has ended. After exhausting all alternatives with Verizon Wireless to remedy the problem I was having with my cell phone, I was told to contact Asurion for a replacement phone.
