Dear Dorothy Tolliver, Thank you for your reply. I made an attempt to contact you today, but you were not available at the moment. The appointment at your service center was made while we were over the phone speaking, but there must have been a system error. But of course wasn't sprint's fault, but the customers fault. This seems to be the case with sprint they want own up to their mistakes it's allways the customers fault. For instance it was my fault I purchased a new phone that was defective.
