Homekeys.net, what a scam artist this broker is… The company offers a flat fee MLS service for $179 but there is a catch. If you list your house you are signing your rights to sell the property yourself for 6 months. I listed 2 homes in 2 different cities with this company and for over 2 months I have not received one phone call. I know my homes are priced according to the market value; so I expected to have some interest but not one call.
