Hired contractor to build extension to my house and remodel basement. Contractor commenced work about a year ago. Job is still not complete. No work has been done in 6 months. Made several calls to owner, Lester Samuels. He would promise to finish job but would not show up. Bedroom lighting, master bathroom, closets, terrace, basement floor and sink, hot tub installation and canopy need to be completed. $54, 000 payment was made to contractor. read full review »
