I have called 3 times to get them to refund my money and they tell me they will work on it and to wait 2-3 days. I called back the 2nd time and they said they will submit a ticket to the refund dept. I call back 3 days later and the phone would not work. I blocked my # and it worked. when I got through to a support person they trans. me to a manager and they hung up on me. after waiting for 10 min on the phone! read full review »
