I just have to tell you what happened when I went to get my daughter's dress on Friday, April 20, 2007. First, the dresses are shipped in from different companies, ours came in from China (Landau Designer Prom-Pageant Gowns). Cinderella will receive them in shrink wrapped (plastic) bags, so the dresses need to be steamed and hung properly. My daughter's dress was not ready for pickup, we saw the dress and my daughter tried it on she look stunning in it. Thank you Landau but no thanks to Cinderella.
