This online sale company has the worst customer relation, I purchased a Gas cook top on line with the above web site . They did not accept Canadian Credit card . so I did the phone order and sent them the wire payment and received the email for the order conformation for the receipt of the payment and said that the goods will be shipped within 24 hours, and a email will be sent as soon as the fed exp scans the item.
