I bought a bottle of Bromilite that I was to only pay for shipping. Shipping was only $4.95. I received the Bromilite, but the following two weeks I received an additional charge of $19.95 on my credit card. I tried calling the 1-866-407-1022 that is on my statement and on the website. I called between 8-12 am eastern time zone, then 2-5 eastern time zone and finally 12:00pm -1:00am and got no one, not even a recording.
