I ordered this product understanding that I had 15 days to cancel, If I didn't want to continue with the product. I ordered on May 14, 2009 and cancelled both by phone and email on May 28th. On May 29, 2009 they charged my credit card $88.97. I contacted the Company by phone and was told I needed to email the billing department. I emailed and didn't hear anything back so the next day I called again, I was told there was nothing they could do that I would have to send another email.
