I signed up for a month to month agreement so I could cancel when my travel schedule picked up. I notified the front desk I was canceling my month to month membership. The person at the desk entered it in the computer and I walked out. Apparently you need to notify them in writing. So I received a bill in the mail. I marked it cancel and sent it back. I received another and I wrote a note to cancel. Then I received a phone call from one of the rudest people I have ever encountered from a business call.
