Hello, This is a horrible company. They tell you to send a certain amount for escrow that is due and you send it and they will not credit your monthly payment beacause they say that you are still short. No one there understands anything and when you get a supervisor he does not understand anthing. They talk to you like you are stupid when you know they are stealing your money.
