I bought a 05 Mercedes Benz S500 and an extended warranty with easy care Gold and issued a check for $425.90 as a down payment for the said warranty in the Richardson Suzuki, they cashed my check and I just found out that my warranty has been rejected and that the down payment I made been cashed and Richardson Suzuki never notified me about the warranty rejection. I tried to call them but no answer and went to the dealership it's seems its closed. read full review »
