I have been charged $29.95 as well as other charges. My membership number is 967948795, and I want this membership cancelled IMMEDIATELY. NO MORE CHARGES. This was supposed to be a free service. Thank you and please acknowledge by email that you have received this complaint and request. Please take care of it today and reverse the charges made to my bank for this account.
