We had an electrical oven fire on March 18, 2009 and had Electrolux send an adjuster to our home on April 20, 2009. They decided that we were to be issued a check for the amount of our oven. They have been stating that the check is in the mail for the last 3 weeks. I have faxed receipts and documentation. My family and I have been without an oven for 77 days.
