Ordered a dvd box set and received a shipping confirmation after about 2 weeks that was invalid from the USPS then spent another month getting no response from e-mails and their toll free number is disconnected so you cannot call them. Filed a complaint with my credit card company to dispute the charge and could not get a response from them. Then after a month and a half, they sent an e-mail stating that the product was out of stock and even though I received a shipping tracking number it was never shipped. BUYER BEWARE!
