Redbox worked great for a very long time for us. Within the past week, however, they have charged us 7 TIMES amounts between $10 and $18/ WE HAVEN'T RENTED THAT MANY MOVIES! I called to complain and they just argued saying the charges were for movies we rented months ago and that for me to prove they overcharged me, I have to call back during normal business hours and have Redbox do a conference call with me and my bank. I have never heard of that before and I just returned my movie without watching it and WILL NEVER USE REDBOX AGAIN!... read full review »
