Original Complaint: I received a disturbing phone call today (6/1) from one of your account representatives (no name was provided when requested). It was the first telephone call I have ever received from VS announcing my account was in "collections". I have received no prior notices other than a bill by mail and have received no prior phone calls to that effect.
