I was traveling to Scandinavia at 6am on 2. June 2009 and noted the long queues trying to pay the £40 'fine' for not printing their tickets from a computer at home. Ryanair now charge the EXCESSIVE £40 fine since mid May. The queue was about 170 strong and only 2 Ryanair staff were available to deal with them. I know for a fact that many people missed their flights with no refund at all.
