They keep saying they are going to reinburse me for the waffle maker and that they do not want the waffle maker back. I purchased this for a gift for my elderly grandfather and thought I would be nice and take an extended warrenty on the item so they would take care of it if something happened to it. Boy was I wrong I have been calling the service advantage since March of 2009 and this is June and they just keep saying they are going to resummit the certificate to me. and still nothing. I believe they are stealling from there customers and using the certificates them self. I will never take another Service plan out on anything I purchase from Lowes. read full review »
