Received letters of late payments from Saxon. After calling customer service 6 times, found no resolution other than to tell me my payment was over 30 days late. Finally involved legal counsel, who obtained a payment history from Saxon. Upon review, with Saxon customer service on a conference call, Saxon had applied a total payment to escrow account, no reason given by Saxon.
