I called to cancel before the end of my trial period and was informed everything was canceled. Shortly after I received another bottle in the mail, so I called to ask them why I received the bottle as well as why I was charged for that bottle. I was informed I needed to cancel within the trial period, so I listed the dates I ordered, canceled and what would have been the end of my trial period.
