Facts- Item ordered. Item Shipped. No notification of shipment Email notification of backorder!?!? No responce to request when item would ship. Item delivered while I was out of town. Arrive home to monitor on door step. Setup of monitor reveals issue. Call Tech Savings Tech support for help. Alex is not helpful, and suggests calling Viewsonic.
