Very Dissatisfied seems to be the theme here. Certainly for me. Tried to order a camera. Got the e-mail saying I had to call to confirm order. Big sales push for high priced battery. I knew better than to pay $149 for a Canon camera battery - so I said no. What I didn't know until later was that my camera order was placed in a "back order" status. I did receive a lesser priced spare battery from them, but no camera.
