The driver who has progressive insurance hit 3 vehicles, an ambulette and 2 pillars on the building. They have admitted responsibility. I was the second person to file a claim with progressive, but they are not going to pay for any of the damage to my van. I am confined to an electric wheelchair and will now be confined to my house because progressive will not even cover an accessible van with hand controls for me.
