I completed an Internet order for two toner cartridges on April 6, 2010. On April 8, I cancelled the order because the product was not in stock. I have tried repeatedly to obtain a refund to my credit card. Each time I get the same response. Your refund will take two weeks to be processed. It's now been two months and I still haven't recieved my refund. Beware, this company deliberately stalls refund requests and does not live up to their own refund policy.
