There website says you can cancel your order if it has not shipped. This is not the case. I ordered a cable on Sunday night and called Monday to cancel it and the rep asked me to call back in a half hour. The second rep said my order had already been prepared for shipment. It is now 5 days later and my order has still not showing as shipped. read full review »
