Wow! This is the absolute worst experience with a company that I have ever had. The customer service rep that I spoke to the first time I called was verbally abusive and threatening. The second time I called, a different representative responded and was not much better. She was hostile, derrogatory, short, abusive and another tremendously unpleasant experience.
