Terrible. I ordered Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix from them since they claim that they had it available. The shipping, like the majority of the reviewers here stated, was ridiculous. But my dad was kind enough to purchase it for me. But after googling this company and found a boycott site, I instantly became worried. But I waited for a while for the game to arrive, and even tried to email them. But no reponse, and the phone call was a nightmare.
