Drop off 2000 Chevy Tahoe on Sunday at 2:10 pm for oil change and check rear brakes for noise. Sears called at 5:32 pm (they close at 6 pm) to say they had changed the oil, checked the brakes but they couldn't fix the noise it was a problem with the rear end (he said seals were all shot). He wanted me to pickup the vehicle before they closed at 6 pm. I advised him I could not make it by closing and would pick it up Monday.
