sometime in April 09 order CD-ROM on making money from home to see what it was about; it made mention to ensure that on $1.97 was billed and charged to my account for that CD; on 4/24/09 I was billed for that amount and was paid from my bank. Never recieved CD so i never thought about anything else; i never agreed for any other charges or membership fees or to what membership i was applying for that i was awar of.
