I'm quite surprised this thing is still in business (if you can call it that?). Cartridges that are marked wrong, not like the website represents them, no yellow in several 3-color cartridges (when I clean to try to get some yellow going, that runs out the black cartridge), odd-shaped unusual cartridges, AND reduced from 18ml contents to 12ml of ink content. Their 1-800 phone only has a message telling you to email them. Their "Customer non-Service" is plainly a sarcastic a$$hole who is no help - just lies and insults. And it goes on and on and on.
