Dell tech support does the same test over and over after being told these test already have been completed to fix the same problem, having replaced three video cards, mother board, and hard drive due to the same problem and spending over 20 hours on the telephone to india finally had to demand a supervisor for 15 minutes to get to one who would listen. all the rest just wanted to run the same test and then say i did not buy the unit as one basically calling me a liar. finally they agreed to send a refurbished tower to replace the one i have only had less than a year.
