I received an e-mail from them to call their customer support line, well before I could call them, one of their sales reps called me. He told me what a great unit I had bought and wanted permission to ship it out right away with a way overpriced SD card. I told him no. He then told me I'd need to protect my investment with an overpriced extended warranty.
