I received an insert with my CITI DIVIDEND PLATINUM SELECT CARD .. telling me I had earned FREE dividend points for FREE magazines. I checked those magazines I wanted to receive. Then .. BILLING for FULL CHARGES were on my next CITI CARD BILLING ...$117, $24, $25, $22, $18, & $24. I have had to call: 1877-781-3425 numerous times to try to CANCEL ALL these magazines & have billing removed. NOTB SURE THEY HAVE?? WHAT IS WRONG WITH CITI BANK IN ALLOWING SUCH A SCAM ?? TERRIBLE!
