I see i'm not the only one having major issues with this company. They have pushed me to my limits to the point i have given up. I have attempted many times to deal with these people and trying to get a loan modification that left me with a payment even higher then before, then i got laid off so i tried to do another modification. I faxed all the info they requested and after several phone calls come to find out they have no record of my previous phone calls or any notes to my account of what i was trying to work out with them.
