This company is exactly what the title says. We purchased work from this company and they never followed through with there job. We had a discrepency with the how they performed. When trying to settle the issue they deided to manipulate us and get our money and leave us with nothing. Basically left us High and Dry. They had us sign a work order for $800.00 and ending up billing us for $2, 200 after we had told them we were on a budget and didn't want to spend that much money. Company's owner goes by Art Zemon.
