Post: 163930 Hart Carts Shawn Hart Hart Marketing Inc Warning, this company has a reputation of not delivery the goods. I ordered and paid in full up front for a 300cc utv vehicle. After 2 months of calling and asking for a refund becuase they couldn't deliver the utv, i had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. They claimed it shipped the same day i disputed the charge. After waiting another 3 weeks, i finally got my credit card company to get my money back.
