I requested a "sample" as indicated on the website but declined the subscription. However, within two weeks, I have a charge of over $80.00 to my card for a subscription. The phone number at the FWM Laboratories web-site is no longer is Service. I talked to Cristinn, Arvi and "Sam" at the 1-866-949-0138 phone number and I was told that to get a refund it will take 3-5 business day. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT OR GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.
