Mark, the owner of this company made promises he didn't keep, held up my job, broke my dumbwaiter, which he did not fix, didn't finish the cabinets as promised, made numerous mistakes, was demanding and complained about everything. He was insulting and difficult to work with by me and my subs. Then after months of waiting for him to build a Murphy bed, I asked for my deposit of $700 back.
