This e-mail is a follow-up to my complaint against Best Buy General Manager of store #274, Ms. Tina Clark (store #274). Ms. Clark refused to accept a legitimate personal check from my spouse, even when shown valid U.S. identification, my spouse wrote to purchase 2 electronic items. Ms. Clark's excuse was that she could not verify the telephone number of the bank PRINTED on the check.
