I ordered a "free trial offer" APRIL 27, 2009 and was charged shipping, but have yet to receive the product. I have called 4 times and everytime I'm speaking to a "head supervisor". Everytime they are sending the order to shipping--hasn't happened yet. Also, something they don't tell you is: there is an INTERNATIONAl charge from your bank.
