I signed up to get the "free trial offer" and discovered that when I submitted my request, along with the required credit card number, a box had been checked saying I agreed to pay for another product. When I tried to cancel my order, I was informed that no cancellations were allowed and that I had to return the unused portion to get a refund. After I received the products and tried them for the 10 day trial period, I then received another order.
