The company, White Orchid Living, signed an insertion order [contract] with Avenues magazine for 1 page of advertising in the Fall 2008 issue. The total cost: $1800. The magazine printed and an invoice was sent to a man named Ali, accounts payable, on Sept 17, 2008. After numerous e-mails, phone calls and phone messages, the bill is still not paid.
