BB&T bank refuses to cash a check drawn on their bank without a $5.00 fee if you do not have an account with them. When I complained, the teller had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to open an account with them in order to avoid the fee with a smile on her face. Doesn't this constitute blackmail?
